This is now our 6th vintage release of Nero d’Avola from Pat and Vicki Vassarelli’s Blue Lagoon vineyard at Finnis River.
Red Cherries and white pepper literally explode out of the glass. On the palate, white pepper characters are supercharged by bright and juicy red fruits with the silkiest, slipperiest finish.
Pair with salami, Chorizo, Tomato-based pasta sauces and our personal favourite – Chargrilled Pork and Fennel sausages will bring out the best of this wine.
